Our RibCore, hollow core polystyrene doors are our innovative answer to commonly available honeycomb cardboard hollow core doors. The advantages of our RibCore doors in the entry market are the much higher glue to door skin contact area, approximately 42% in ribcore and 4% with honeycomb core doors.
The greater glue contact makes the door stronger with substantially greater impact resistance and won’t delaminate after impact. The polystyrene core also offers enhanced thermal insulation, helping keep areas of your home warmer in the winter and cooler in the summer.

PLEASE NOTE: Stock Uni (Universal) Doors are manufactured with 4mm skins (38mm thick door) only and are available in standard widths 410 to 910, in heights of 2200 and 2400.
All other skin thicknesses or custom width doors are made to order and are not manufactured to be cut down. If you require a Uni door with any other skin thickness you must specify this when placing your order.
Also note our 3mm 2200 stock doors are not Uni doors and there for not manufactured to be cut down.
